Problem

As of https://github.com/CHIP-Specifications/connectedhomeip-spec/pull/3271, OTA Server/Client should be renamed to OTA Provider/Requester to avoid confusion with Server/Client semantics in the context of Clusters.

Proposed Solution

Replace all file + code + comment mentions of OTA Server, ota-client, etc. with OTA Provider, ota-requester, etc.
