Problem

Some default value for attributes inside the ZCL xml are missing

Proposed Solution

Compare with the ZCL spec and add the missing default value inside the xml

Nothing was done for it. Since it's quite a huge task to do we should close it and fix each attributes when the needs arise since the default value specified in the ZCL8 spec might changes with the CHIP data model specs.
