[Fabric Sync] fabric-bridge/fabric-admin properly reflects bridged device CADMIN attributes

This is a follow up action item after PR #35076 lands.

We need a mechanism in fabric-admin (likely subscription to CADMIN clusters on newly added bridged devices) where we get the updated attributes and forward them to fabric-bridge. That will allow fabric-bridge to properly reflect that CADMIN attributes of the bridged device
