OBJDIR upload for failed linux CI is too large to be uploaded in time

Problem

https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/runs/8002206293?check_suite_focus=true shows it taking > 50 minutes and
eventually the job times out. This is not useful when the failure is in clang-tidy (like it was in this case)

Proposed Solution

Likely only some elf files are needed. Figure out a proper subset, also archive them if possible.

For now #22135 comments out this upload as it never finishes.
