Problem

As per Test-Plan, Test-step 35 says "TH sends a Read Request Message to read all events and attributes from the DUT"
we don't have a option to verify both attributes and events by giving command.

System configuration:-
Chip-tool - RPI-4, 8GB RAM
DUT - RPI - RPI-4, 8GB RAM
Platform : IP and wifi
