TC-SU-2.2 step5: DUT fails to wait 3 mins before issuing another QueryImage command to the TH/OTA-P, but instead it does that after 2 min

As per test event 9 plan steps: this TC-SU-2.2 test within its step#5 failed
The step asked to launch the OTA provider by giving the flag to wait 3 min before DUT sends another QueryImage, but it sends the message after 2 min instead.
By checking the DUT logs, it seems that the device received QueryImageResponse with wait time of 180 sec as below:
