Expose some more information on MTRDevice/MTRCluster*.

* Node ID and controller on MTRDevice.
* Endpoint ID and device on MTRCluster.

The ids are NS_REFINED_FOR_SWIFT so we can add a nicer-typed Swift version once
we can do that.
