Fixing compile issue on Mac (#6538)

Problem
The error of implicit conversion loses integer precision appears in compile time

Summary of Changes
- Updated the CHIPPersistentStorageDelegateBridge.mm file

Test
- Used the gn_build.sh to verify the building is successful
