Description
Goal is to update the MuSHR Noetic docker image to build correctly from scratch. Over the course of development for the last few months, changes were made to docker images which are not reflected in the build from scratch, or the image on docker hub. With these changes, the image builds correctly, users can immediately start using the MuSHR stack without modifying the image. It can also be used to update the image currently on DockerHub.
This has so far been tested by running mushr base on the real car and mushr sim on the computer. Further todos before this can be merged include testing more of the Mushr stack (Autonomous navigation) on both the desktop and robot version.
