Add a new project to the list

Add Todo_App

Description:
I would like to propose adding Todo_App, a straightforward Todo app built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. it allows users to create tasks, and delete tasks. The app features a clean and responsive design, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.

Motivation:
Todo_App offers a lightweight solution for managing tasks without any unnecessary complexity. Its simplicity makes it accessible to users who seek a minimalistic Todo app for their day-to-day task management.

Implementation:
It is developed using HTML for the structure, CSS for styling, and JavaScript for the interactivity. The code is well-organized and easy to understand, making it suitable for beginners to learn from or contribute to. The project is hosted on GitHub at [https://prernasingh01.github.io/Todo_App/].

Contribution:
I am enthusiastic about collaborating with the maintainers and contributing to the growth of Todo_App. I am open to feedback, bug reports, and feature suggestions to enhance the app's functionality and user experience.
