This PR includes:

Client version update reformulation. The client is gonna check for updates when it receives a response for the long-polling request, waiting 3 hours for the next attempt.
It improves the errors detection into the upgrade process and notifies on every failed or success attempt
Deletes old client versions keeping the last 2.
