Location module that asks for the location when is requested by the control panel or geofencing.
Also hears when there's a mac address change or the client starts, saving the last known location with the delta (in meters) regarding to the previous one.
When a new location it's achieved the new_location event it's emitted with the respective data.
For now the event it's only used by the control-zones trigger that judges if the location it's useful to check the zones. Also control-zones it's listening for the geofencing-start event to refresh the fences data stored.
