… implement SequencedMap.
Also add shared context validation to graph model, and equals, hashcode and toString implementations.
Also include comments in written output.
Refactor basic meta implementation as property with attached merge control. Make sure meta is written to serialization data. Restructure some of the connector support for default controls, and make final / hide some methods.

Add project module with models for project, root and subgraph files. Includes support for parsing, transforming and rewriting files, as well as creating models from serialization data.
