Move pravega connector source from internal repo to presto-connector #6

The internal repo for pravega connector contains the Pravega connector code, plus ALL the Presto source code. Pull just the Pravega connector code, commit it and eventually merge it to master branch of pravega/presto-connector.

Also need to change build from maven to gradle.
