Learn python from Python 基本教學.

1. Clone the repository => cd TestPython => ex: "D:\Sample\TestPython\TestPython"
2. PyCharm open project folder "D:\Sample\TestPython\TestPython"
3. File => Settings => Project: TestPython => Python Interpreter => Add => Pipenv Environment => OK => Select Python 3.7 (TestPython-xxxxx)
4. You will see all packages info in the list
