Stylesheets for TEI

Attempting to hack the stylesheets so they work with eledmac.

For test files, see https://github.com/sarit/SARIT-corpus.

Typical workflow:

saxonb-xslt -ext:on -xsl:/some/path/to/tei_stylesheets/profiles/sarit/latex/to.xsl \
-s:/some/other/path/to/SARIT/pramanavarttikavrtti.xml \
-o:/tmp/pvv.tex
xelatex -8bit -shell-escape pvv

Though you usually want to add –interaction=nonstopmode to the xelatex command.
