In order to integrate Positron with Posit Workbench, we need to integrate changes that have been made to our own Posit Workbench-ready fork of VS Code. This means merging from that repository instead of directly from microsoft/vscode, and using it as the upstream thereafter.

We should plan to do this during for the August release of Code OSS (1.93.0), which will land in September.

This upstream merge has now happened and a pre-release since made available. Closing as done.
