Small improvements:

• underscore no longer treated as tex identifier character
• backspace/delete now scrolls to cursor

Fixed some annoying bugs:

• ctrl+w no longer quits everything when the find buffer/build output is selected
• closing ted while the find buffer/build output is selected no longer creates a broken session file

Some little fixes:

• tags files on Windows with paths containing '/' instead of '\' are now handled correctly
• no more mysterious carriage returns in files on Windows?
• instructions for downloading PCRE2 are now up-to-date
