fixed a very oops bug i just noticed recently:

• javascript division is no longer highlighted as regex literal

and also some minor features:

• better undo chaining (ctrl+z undoes a more "intuitive" amount of stuff now)
• TODO, FIXME, etc. are now highlighted in comments (this can be disabled by setting the todo color to the same as comment)
