Bump sqlparser to 0.53.0

Description

sqlparser 0.53.0 has some interesting features that polars might be able to leverage. Particularly:

• Support ANTI and SEMI joins without LEFT/RIGHT apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs#1528
• support column type definitions in table aliases apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs#1526
• support json_object('k':'v') in postgres support json_object('k':'v') in postgres apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs#1546 and json_object('k' VALUE 'v') in postgres apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs#1547
• Parse byte/bit string literals in MySQL and Postgres apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs#1532

We bump all our dependencies once a month if there's a new non-patch release - there's really no need to create issues for this. Though this one seems to have slipped through the cracks.

If there's a specific functionality you require that requires a version bump somewhere then that's fine though.

A lot of their releases make changes to parameters (and/or return types) such that dependabot is frequently unable to automatically upgrade this crate - I'll take a look 👍
