When already having an active App Only connection using i.e. a certificate and then wanting to switch to an Interactive login to get a Delegate connection to use with cmdlets that don't support App Only tokens, when using the same ClientId for both, PnP PowerShell would keep the App Only session and not switch to interactive. That is fixed with this bugfix.
