[apex] Support convertCurrency() in SOQL/SOSL

Describe the PR

Updates apex-parsers to be able to parse SOQL/SOSL queries with convertCurrency() function
and adds test cases.

I thought, this won't make it in time for tomorrow, but here it is :)

• Added unit tests for fixed bug/feature
