Thanks to the adjustments made by #174 we can also declare compatibility with WordPress 5.5

Switch to branch "stable" as new target to deploy stable releases.

Update actions to their current versions which have changed from master
to stable or v1/v2, too.

The "comment blacklist" has been renamed to "disallowed comment keys"
along with the corresponding option key. We now support the new option,
if available. Also the frontend wording is adapted to match the new
labels.
* Add a refresh button in the dashboard, increase caching time (Fixes #157)

Works for me.

Tested with WP 5.4.2 and 5.5 RC1.

Left a minor change in the asset deployment action, but that's all I got here.
