Current documentation implies that the connection to a SMTP server is completely unencrypted when SMTP_HOST_SSL_ENABLED is set to false. I changed the text to clarify that SMTP_HOST_SSL_ENABLED enables SMTPS (explicit TLS) and SMTP_HOST_SSL_ENABLED still uses encryption if possible (Opportunistic TLS) when set to false.
