Updates #8 Move POSIX specific parts into their own files. This probably still won't compile cleanly on windows, and of course, windows remains unsupported.

a noop under windows, but the higher levelterm
package is still POSIX specific.The plan is to add a new low level package for windows,
term/win32
(just an example, please don't flame) and adjust theterm
