Had a couple issues with how deps resolved for the wasm build. Most notably, needed to lock down version of uuid and set "js" feature flag for getrandom.
Also, locked wasm-bindgen / wasm-bindgen-cli to
0.2.78due to an ongoing issue with0.2.79.
