This particularly affects the notorious SVG, which can't be processed by Pillow.

Our processing and validation scripts now allow SVG images, though only by converting them to PNG. For some reason, it seems that SVG resizing with ImageMagick is problematic. Anki also has trouble with SVG, so we have yet another reason to convert SVG images to PNG.

A recent change of the logic surrounding SVG and PNG resulted in an erroneous image in 2123. We delete the PNG and replace it appropriately with a JPG. Also update the images for 2189 (ⲁⲙⲟⲓ).
