fix GeneratedColumnPlaceHolderTransformAction header (#8951)

tiflash/dbms/src/DataStreams/MergeSortingBlockInputStream.cpp

Line 156 in 73f37f6

SortHelper::enrichBlockWithConstants(res, header);

will not fill block correctly.
