There shouldn't be any real difference with this patch.

That being said, in current devel branch there's a slight "glitch" or flashing, if you will. Try it with ctrl+F5: there are sidebars visible slightly for a moment. It's not a huge deal, but such reflows are bad for performance. I haven't identified the root cause yet, but I'll open an issue to track this later.

BTW @DL6ER this reminds, perhaps we could have 2 arrays, one for each asset type (stylesheet and script), and move the logic above head and just print the array?
