## Adding a lang to statistic page

log on server, make a backup of wikisource/ws_namespaces.py and
wikisource/ws_category.py in case something go wrong

* cd phe
* python utils/gen_namespace.py
* python utils/gen_ws_cat.py
* edit statistics/gen_stats.py to add the new lang code to all_domain
* restart all service with $ ./run_service.sh restart all
