Incoporated parameter validation with nf-validation. Sadly warning were still being shown on screen about unitialized parameters, so the logs warnings were suppressed. Currently I am still looking for a better solution such as detaching the console appender during that process so messages still go to the log files (but not to screen). But that will have to wait
