We found an issue with workspaces while building
pgxextensions.That is, when a user creates a
$SUBCRATE/.cargo/configthat can conflict with the existing.cargo/config(or lack thereof) when using tools just as Rust-Analyzer.This created quite a bit of unnecessary rebuilding, so it was very detrimental to the user.
