This PR adds functionality to maintain registrar and contact information in NetBox DNS and assign it to zones. The information largely reflects the data retrievable via WHOIS, which in turn reflects the information required to register domains for inclusion in the public DNS.
The structure and contents of the data is organised according to the relevant ICANN publication.
