Upgrade @angular-eslint to v18.0.1

- Enable `@angular-eslint/no-duplicates-in-metadata-arrays` as an error.
- Change `@angular-eslint/use-lifecycle-interface` to a warning, as now it’s auto-fixable.
- Disable `@angular-eslint/no-host-metadata-property` as deprecated.
