Seems like there are some issues with our Frankfurt Stellar core node

At least the Ubuntu CI job was successful. I restarted the Macos job. Let's see if that also works and we can close this issue. |

Seems like there are some issues with our Frankfurt Stellar core node, so we remove that node's config for now.
Closes #363.
