I added a very common generic receiver that previously did not register the dpad correctly and I already made the commit to the kernel upstream.
Also added the latest DeviceIDs of the latest -- 6.13rc2 -- Linux upstream xpad module.

I've closed it, because I made the commit to the Kernel itself, however you can access the fork that I made from the paroj's Xpad.

or you can use the following instructions:

sudo git clone https://github.com/niltonperimneto/xpad.git /usr/src/xpad-0.4
sudo dkms install -m xpad -v 0.4

I managed to do it and the official 360 controller with the generic Chinese USB receiver works perfectly Dpad perfect
Being a beginner I don't understand much about all this, I switched to Linux (Linux Mint) 15 days ago.
A big thank you if you need feedback that I am able to do I will do it.

j'ai réussi a le faire et la manette officielle 360 avec le recepteur usb générique chinois marche parfaitement Dpad parfait
etant un débutant je comprend pas grand chose a tous ça , je suis passé a linux (linux mint)depuis 15jours.
un grand merci si tu as besoin d'un retour que je suis en mesure de faire je le ferais.

You're welcome! It should be plug and play if the Linux input maintainers add my commit to the kernel, so more people would not have to hassle with this thing. I'm glad it worked for you, and I hope your journey to Linux becomes pleasing, hope you like the Linux world.
