Can not find peers without bootnodes #77

I personally on my laptop am having issues finding peers unless I specify the bootnodes. This seems like a local issue and I am going to work to fix it, in the meantime I updated the script to add the bootnodes after launching, if others also have this problem I am happy to create a PR.
