Previously there were forks (notably the merge at block 0) that were not activated, because the
rpc-compatsuite did not define environment variables for those forks, causing ourmapper.jqto remove those forks from the generatedgenesis.json.This adds all remaining forks to our
mapper.jqand as environment variables in therpc-compatsuite.Also sets the log level to
infofor theimportandnodestep for the reth client script.
