This PR updates Klaytn to Kaia. For more info: https://docs.kaia.io/misc/kaia-transition/faq-chain-transition/
It also updates the CSS to be more flexible; more CSS changes need to be applied soon to make it more semantically correct.
src/chainsneeds to remain as Klaytn until the SDK gets updated. I'm waiting on a response from the devrel engineer from Klaytn before proceeding with any changes to the SDK. But for now, we can at least do this update.
