If Sub-Zero will not launch at all, then scroll down

Sub-Zero channel is accessible

If you are asked to get the log files, and upload them as a zip, then this is how to do that, if Sub-Zero is up and running:

In Plex Media Server (PMS) Web Client, select Channels

Then select the Sub-Zero channel

Then select Advanced functions (Item 4) at the very bottom

Then select Get my logs (Item 3) and a link will show. If you can't grab the link from the appearing popup, you can get the link from the titlebar in PlexWeb. Copy and paste that into a new browser tab, and a zip file will be downloaded with your log files

Sub-Zero channel is not showing

Should Sub-Zero not show up as a channel (not running), then, first of all, check that channel mode simply hasn't been disabled. If above is not the issue, then we'll need all the logs from Plex Media Server (PMS), both from PMS itself, as well as the plugin logs.

• Use WebTools Log Module, if that's an installed plugin
• Manually
