Export Project

Functionality available in v.1.5.2+

Use this functionality for export of the whole project, e.g. for archiving purposes. For export of single documents look for document export.

In general Qualianon project consists of various folders. Only the essential information(folders) is exported in project export:

These folders are essential, because they allow to generate the rest of folders like exports. Edit-> New Export

Essential project folders are separated in 2 Zip archives during project export:

- TestProject_anonymized.zip
    - anonymized
    - categories
- TestProject_id.zip
    - identification

Project export in 2 Zips facilitates separate archival of anonymized and identification data.

Retrieval of additional data, not contained in anonymized folder , e.g. during export identification folder is impossible without the contents of identification folder.

System folders (backup, trash) potentially containing not-anonymized data are not exported.

File-> Export Project

Select folder where 2 Zips will be saved. The names of Zips are created automatically.

In case you want to get additional data from exported anonymized project, combine contents of 2 Zips in one folder: Project folder:

Open the project folder in Qualianon "Open Project".

Now you can use the project as usual, e.g. create export documents.
