As noted in #167 (comment), CI is currently broken on master. This PR fixes CI, mostly by specifying the specific older commit of Trump tweets (they were updated 2 years ago, see https://github.com/fivethirtyeight/data/commits/master/trump-twitter/realDonaldTrump_poll_tweets.csv). It also makes minor changes to avoid permanently changing the working directory or environment when locally evaluating CI.
