[Web] Batch action: remove from groups

Description

User Stories

• As an admin who wants to remove multiple users from a group I want to remove them all at once so that I dont need to do it step-by-step.

Value

Acceptance Criteria

• Add batchaction "Remove from groups" (icon: "subtract-line")
• action opens modal (see screenshots)
  • Title: "Remove from groups"
  • Desc: "Remove [n] selected users from groups."
  • Drop: Groups [Same as edit-groups drop but starts always empty]
  • Actions: [Cancel] [Remove]
