@micbar This bumps reva to the latest commit on the stable-2.19 branch assuming that we roll a new stable reva release before the next stable ocis release.

Or do we need to create a new reva release with every single backport?

The public share authentication middleware only allowed to open existing documents
the /app/new route was missing.

Fixes owncloud#8691
