Description
PRs run on a smaller set of tests to save time and resources. This means some bugs might slip through reviews and end on master. Full CI will then be run on the tag when releasing and the bug might pop up. Since this is a little bit late, this PR changes the already existing nightly CI run to run a full-ci equivalent. Developers will be informed about a failed pipeline in the chat.
