Note: PR #2955 temporarily disabled the tests in CI, so that full-ci can "pass" for now. Whichever PR actually fixes the problem, that will need to enable the tests in CI again. |

Since #3052 the parallel deployment uses the same oCIS binary as all other tests and tests are again passing |

oCIS log:
After this PR #2739 was merged. oCIS docker image got updated with the changes and now the parallel deployment tests are failing with the latest oCIS image.
The reason that the PR passed the CI is that in parallel deployment the oCIS server is built from the docker image, not from the current branch. This means the oCIS server will not get the changes from the current branch.
So two things to do:
