Can't Change Full Name for Users

When I go to change the Full Name for a user, it says Full Name Changed, but everytime I refresh the page, it reverts to the default username. I didn't see anything in the log. Anyone else having this issue? I'm having it happen on both my CentOS and Ubuntu server. Fresh installs.
