Steps to reproduce

  1. In setup.xml file, set privacy_policy_enabled -> false
  2. Install the app

Actual behaviour

Privacy Policy is hidden in Settings -> ✅
Privacy Policy is visible in drawer -> ❌

Expected behaviour

Privacy Policy hidden everywhere
