Are there any changes in Module 1 between versions 2.9.0 and 2.9.9?

Hi there,

I have 3757 total unique candidates.

After Module 1,
2727 clean candidates remained in ver2.9.0, and
3757 clean candidates remained in ver2.9.9.

I am wondering if there are any changes in Module 1.

I don't recall we have such dramatic changes. You may examine the code or the differences in annotations to find out further.

Sorry for the late response.

I found that version 2.9.7 gave strange results, making the proportion of LTRs in the genome extremely low. However, after using version 2.9.9, the problem was resolved.

I'm not sure what happened, but everything seems fine with version 2.9.9. :)
