This pull request includes:

  • adequate testing for the new functionality or fixed issue
  • adequate documentation informing people about the change

I'm worried that this PR doesn't solve our issues:

  1. For regular PR pipelines, we temporarily use a pinned snapshot (see podman is broken on RHEL 8.4 #1237 (comment))

  2. For the nightly pipeline, we use the latest nightly compose that doesn't contain podman-3.0.0-0.38rc2

This was fixed in the latest RHEL 9 compose, this is no longer needed.
